In the yoga school of Lisa Mittag and Martin Wagner a lecture took place on Wednesday 25.01.2017. Jürgen Lütke-Wenning and Thomas Hübner showed in theory and practice how the Osflow and the special fascia training according to the Osflow method can be integrated into the yoga exercise practice and where the parallels are. The participants, mostly yoga practitioners, were able to experience the differences and feel the potentials that the Osflow offers. Above all, the biomechanical alignment in the middle with simultaneous activation of the "bandas" could be perceived very clearly by the participants.
