The OSFLOW® centering vibration platform system

The OSFLOW® is a centering vibration platform that cannot be compared with conventional vibration devices. The OSFLOW® is preferably used in an upright position – the main focus is on relaxation (balance of tension and relaxation) and a stable feeling of lightness.

The OSFLOW® creates a spiral vortex effect through its circular vibration in the alpha frequency, which centres the body in the standing position. Likewise, the vibration can bring the body and mind into a calm, relaxed state.
This results in a variety of areas of application.

The OSFLOW® centering vibration platform is not a medical device, but a training device.

Aligned to the optimal biomechanical centre and to the well-being of the muscle and fascia corset, a feeling of lightness and “being carried” arises with simultaneous “grounding”, a feeling of stability and security in the flow equilibrium.

Through targeted regular training under qualified guidance and correction, the OSFLOW® and individually tailored exercises can, among other things, improve poor posture and compensate for muscular imbalances.

Stubborn habitual patterns of posture and movement can be permanently changed.

Miracles do not happen, but through regular practice and training and the corresponding personal commitment, success will be within the realm of possibility.

The idea for the OSFLOW® training device comes from the movement and martial arts Taijiquan and Qigong, natural movement and from sports therapy practice in rehabilitation and prevention.

The exercise practice on the OSFLOW® in a standing position can be supplemented by many complementary relaxation exercises such as lying in a stepped position on the OSFLOW® etc.

In addition, the OSFLOW® therapy can be helped by qualified therapists to optimise your personal training.

The movement system underlying OSFLOW® is open to anyone who is interested. E.g. in seminars or in personal trainings.

The movement system Taiji/Qigong according to the OSFLOW® method includes a unique fascia training or a direct control of the fasciae, which also play a “supporting” role in the application of OSFLOW®.
