The possible uses of the OSFLOW® vibrating platform are very diverse. Whether you are concerned with physical needs, or with “inner” balance, or even as an efficient aid in your therapeutic practice. Private use

You can easily use the OSFLOW® at home for your own well-being after a briefing. From young to old, for the whole family, for wellness training at your “construction sites” or simply for prevention.

After a while and a little experience of use, you can creatively expand the exercise programme yourself, according to your personal needs.

The only important thing is the posture and movement principles and their quality during practice. The “external” movements and positions are always only secondary.

Sports use

The oscillation platform OSFLOW® is already used very successfully in sports – from ambitious amateurs to top athletes. Especially the posture and movement principles and the quality of well-being tension in the entire fascia and muscle network, are responsible for the high efficiency of this complementary training. The OSFLOW® trains above all the perception for the targeted/direct control of the fasciae and the flow balance even under full load, such as downhill skiing.

Use in therapy

As a complementary aid for various therapies/wellness treatments

In therapy, such as physiotherapy, osteopathy, Shiatsu, Dorn/Breuss, etc., the OSFLOW® is used as an aid for faster and lasting therapeutic success. The patients lie on the OSFLOW® for a few minutes before the actual therapy, e.g. in a stepped position. The relaxation of the body and the “inner state” achieved in a few minutes can then be used for an efficient start and success of the actual therapy. Finally, the patient stands on the OSFLOW® for a few minutes to functionally integrate the therapy success and consciously store it in his or her centre.

As an accessory and tool in the special OSFLOW® therapy

In the new and unique form of therapy that working with the OSFLOW® offers you, the patient lies on the OSFLOW® vibration platform in various starting positions. The vibration of the OSFLOW® flows in a spiral through the body regions to be treated.

Through special grip and treatment techniques, the vibrations are concentrated at special points. In seconds, tensions and “adhesions” in the muscle and fascia tissue are released completely painlessly, with a unique feeling of well-being for the person being treated.

At the end of each treatment, the therapy result obtained is integrated into the functionality of the stand, creating a particularly lasting result. While standing on the OSFLOW®, joints and the spine are centred and the feeling for the natural centre and posture is improved.
